      Paul Ryan - Personal Trainer, Proprietor

      Paul has conducted 1000s of personal training sessions and uses this experience to continually develop his training methods.   He has been a personal trainer in Balmain in the inner west of Sydney for a number of years.

      He believes training results are achieved when the client focuses long term and achieves a high level of consistency.  "Most peoples focus on the immediate.  Exercise & good nutrition are a way of life, not a short term solution.  If the client has motivation to get fit quickly for an event or to overcome some current concern, then that's great to get you started.  But once you have started and you start to see results, there must be a shift to long term consistency in order to have successful results & wellbeing for the rest of your life"

      Paul is currently studying his certification in Precision Nutrition.  Next year he will focus on becoming a fully certified wellness coach.  Continually learning and developing is one of his key values.  Paul has a Certificate III & IV Personal Trainer, has attended workshops on Wellness Coaching, Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation and is a tutor at the Australian College of Sport & Fitness. Paul likes to adapt his training style to suit the clients needs on the particular day. “If they are stressed or worn out, then I try and freshen them up so they feel better, whereas if they’re feeing switched on, I encourage them to really give 100%” he says. Paul keeps in shape with high intensity weights and long runs.
