Paul Ryan - Personal Trainer, Proprietor

  Among his many accomplishments, Paul has a Certificate III & IV Personal Trainer, has attended workshops on Wellness Coaching and is a tutor at the Australian College of Sport & Fitness. He is currently completing further study in corrective exercise, muscle activation and behaviour change. Paul likes to adapt his training style to suit the client’s needs on the particular day. “If they are stressed or worn out, then I try and freshen them up so they feel better, whereas if they’re feeing switched on, I encourage them to really give 100%” he says. Paul keeps in shape with high intensity weights and long runs. His aim this year is to get into bush walking, having been lost before it could be an interesting time.



Chiara Tassone - Personal Trainer
  Chiara has a Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instruction), Cert IV in Fitness (Personal Training), and is a qualified Master Personal Trainer. Her specialisations include circuit training, weight loss, rehabilitation, sport specific and boxing. Chiara is a big believer in that you can’t achieve success if you are not moving towards something, so before you do anything else, you have to establish your goals.

John Dawson - Personal Trainer

   With a Certificate III & IV Personal Trainer and a qualification as an Athletics Coach (Level 2, Middle & Long Distance) under his belt, John likes to keep fit by running, doing weights and chasing after his baby. Considering himself neither a “hard-nosed military type”, nor a “vague docile type”, John’s style of training involves encouraging the client’s own intrinsic motivation. His favourite comedians are Billy Connelly and George Carlin.
