      The details about your fitness sessions

      • You will be taken through each session by Paul or another personal trainer.  This means each session is tailored with consideration to your history and your goals.
      • The personal training studio is located in Balmain, in Sydneys inner west.
      • You can come 3 times per week, giving you the best chance of getting results.
      • My philosophy to training is to give you plenty of variety so you never get bored.
      • BodyGO specialises in small personalised group training.  In effect it is like 1 to 1 personal training, but you share the space with up to 3 other people.  Your sessions will be designed for you and will be different to what other people are doing.
      • The studio has all the necessary weight training equipment, as well as treadmills, bikes and rower.
      • The program goes for a set 12 weeks from your first session.
      • If you miss a whole week you can make that week up
      • You must be available to do the bulk of your sessions between 8 and 11am.  If other time slots become available you are most welcome to use them.

      The details about your nutrition program

      • The program is a 12 week email course on how to improve nutrition habits
      • The course teaches you Precision Nutrition habits, which will deliver you the results you want.
      • This is not a diet as diets are not sustainable.  Improving habits is what matters
      • If you have questions from your program, you can talk to Paul during a session
      • You will learn the skills you need to have to change bad habits
